The Funeral Director is primarily responsible for publishing the death notice. They work with a trusted Family Liaison (a family member or friend) to gather and finalize the details.

Because the information is sensitive, MyCondolences.ph requires postings to be made by a registered Funeral Director to ensure accuracy and legitimacy.

The listing fee is 1,500 PHP, and it is paid by the Funeral Director.

MyCondolences.ph staff can assist with posting on behalf of the family.

At least one of the following is required:

  • Written permission from a direct family member (e.g., parent, sibling, aunt/uncle, cousin)
  • Official death certificate
  • Original notice from a funeral director’s website (local or overseas)
  • Contact details of the funeral director handling arrangements abroad

Yes. A trusted family member or friend can be assigned login access to manage, update, and coordinate the listing.

The fee is also 1,500 PHP, the same as a new listing.

The Family Liaison is responsible for posting these updates.

Yes. The current liaison can assign a new one, but there must always be exactly one Family Liaison.
